Directions to Champoeg
Take I-5 Exit 278 (Aurora), 7 miles south of Wilsonville. Follow signs west approximately 5 miles to the park. Allow at least 45 minutes travel time from Portland or Salem. CARPOOLING is strongly encouraged. 
(Parking is free!)

The Course
is a beautiful park in farmland setting bordering the Willamette River. The course is basically flat on bike paths, some gravel and rollers (not wheelchair suitable).

Registration
2010 registration will be available at a later date.

Awards 
In the 10K and 30K events, for the Run and non-judged RaceWalk, special awards are given to the overall winners in Open and Master categories, male and female. In addition, the top 6 male and female finishers in all ORRC standard age groups (13 and under, 14-19, then 5-year age groups from 20-24, 25-29 and on up to the oldest) in both events receive age group ribbons. The 5-mile fitness walk is for fun and exercise (and is not designed as a competitive event).

Award Ceremony for the 10K event (run and race-walk) is at 10:30 am. The Award Ceremony for the 30K event is at 12:30 pm. Results will be put in the Oregon Distance Runner (ORRC members’ magazine) and posted on the Internet (www.orrc.net).

A Long-sleeved Tech shirt will be available for an extra cost of $20 to all participants. Availability is guaranteed only for those who pre-register – day of race entrants will be subject to quantities on hand.

Want to help? Volunteers Greatly Appreciated! Win ORRC Bucks!
If you, or a family member or friend, are willing to be a race official to help at the ORRC Champoeg Park events, we would love to have the help. We always need volunteers, and it will be more fun for you to have them cheering you on. Volunteers help with set-up or registration, and then help on the course or at the finish. Volunteers are GREATLY appreciated!
